An Update: Where Have We Been?

An explanation: We’ve been busy.

Flat-out, the response is simple. Business has reached an all-time high and I have had little (if any) time to dedicate to taking staged photos and making the daily glamour-shot a thing to follow.

A lot has been happening, and in the next few months we hope to unveil a whole slew of new features that will greatly impact our customers for the better. We’ve polled and inquired and listened to everyone we asked, and thankfully we’re at the point where certain demands can be met.

An improvement of the internal system we utilize for communications as well as organizing incoming/outgoing work orders has been reached and implementation has so far yielded positive results. Sure, there might be some glitches along the away, but don't worry - we'll work out all the bugs in time!

Another very crucial element to making this system operate smoothly was the addition of an employee (Shana) to the business. Her role on the operation side of things has granted me more time to dedicate to the jobs that cross my bench, and I'm sure that over time many will get to know her at the time of drop-off and retrieval.

Thankfully after a 2-year-long struggle with supply chain and 3rd party issues, we have finally brought the shop up-to-speed, and we’re now able to complete new custom orders like in the days of the past.
