While we do run business, our staff is like a family. We don't just hire people we don't know or trust - this is a tightly-knit group of likeminded, dedicated professionals who know what needs to be done & how to do it right.

Our employment focus is on specializing avenues of our daily operations with specific individuals who keep the gears turning daily while maintaining our established integrity as a small business. Guitars are only worked on by  one certified luthier, while the phones might be answered by one of a few trained associates. Our goal is to streamline the process as best as possible while making sure that everyone does their job to their best abilities.
